When will my order ship?

Currently, we are running our crowdfunder to raise enough funds to produce the line we offer and further develop the Truthing Essence collections. All products will be shipped out after the production period — October 1st. Please be advised that there may be delays beyond our control.

We’re playing the long game, and your investment will ensure the highest quality and experience we can offer.

When can I expect to receive my Truthing Lab package?

We will notify you with important updates and any possible delays during the production period (August 1st — October 1st), and the moment your one-of-a-kind package is on its way.

All packages will be sent through Canada Post Standard Shipping.

Are there any duties and taxes?

International orders outside of Canada may require additional taxes and duties upon delivery.

Does The Truthing Lab ship to Canadian PO Boxes?

Yes we do! We can ship your order to Canadian PO boxes with Standard Shipping.

Where does The Truthing Lab ship?

We will ship throughout all of Canada and the US!

Additionally, we offer International Shipping to the UK, Australia, Mexico, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and France. If your country of residence is not on this list, drop us a message and we’ll see if your location is a possibility for us to add on our list.

Note that orders outside of Canada and the U.S. may have local taxes and duties added, and take longer to arrive.

For the purpose of the crowdfunder, all Truthing Lab orders are final sale.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
